POLCET – 2010 K.G.F. UNIT/ FIRST PROVISIONAL SELECT LIST FOR THE POST OF CIVIL POLICE CONSTABLE & WOMEN POLICE CONSTABLE

POLCET – 2010  K.G.F. UNIT

Whereas, Notification cited at reference adhering to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Government Notification cited at reference for selection of 35 posts of Civil Police Constable and 04 posts of Women Police Constable was published in the Karnataka State Gazette.

Whereas, the Recruitment Committee conducted Endurance Test and Physical Standard Test from 22.06.2010 to 25.06.2010 to all the candidates who were found eligible pursuant to the above Notification.

Whereas, after conducting the Endurance Test and Physical Standard Test, Written Examination was conducted to all the candidates who were qualified in the Endurance Test and Physical Standard Test on 03.10.2010.  After conducting the written examination the Answer Key was published on 04.10.2010.

Whereas, as per the Notification cited at reference merit list by adding the percentage of marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying examination and in the written examination is prepared and based on the merit and after taking in to consideration the reservation of posts as in Notification cited at reference Provisional Select List for the posts of Civil Police Constable and Women Police Constable has been prepared and is as under:

(a)         The list is subject to the out come of the results in the Medical Examination to be held by a Medical Board duly constituted by the Recruitment-Committee.

(b)         The fact that the name of the candidates figure in this list does not give him/her any legal right for appointment to the post which will be dependent on the aforesaid condition.

(c)         The Select List is subject to the final decision of the Hon’ble Karnataka Administrative Tribunal / Hon’ble Courts, if any.
